What is your return policy?

We understand that mistakes happen or shipments get messed up. We accept returns of unused candles, but for now, the return labels will have to be at the cost of the buyer (until we get our feet off the ground). Once the shipment is received, a full refund will be initiated.

Do you offer gift cards?

Unfortunately, we do not have gift cards available at this time.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently are accepting payments through our Wix site, PayPal, and Square. These are through major credit cards and debit cards. Our goal is to be able to accept all country's form of payments, but it is a learning curve we are still getting a hang of. Once a payment has gone through, we will then proceed with the order.

What if I am allergic to something in the candles?

Being that our candles are priced based on size, a brief email asking for a candle without something is possible. Please send us an email with your order number for special requests.
